The NKF (@nkfsg) instagram takeover on 11 October Sunday was a great success! Together with renown food bloggers, Little Miss Bento and The Silver Chef, our Haha singer-songwriter, Lin Si Tong, managed to whip up 3 healthy yet yummy dishes including:
1) Soba Food Art by Little Miss Bento,
2) Vegetarian Mushroom Spaghetti Aglio Olio by Si Tong, and
3) Roasted Chicken Leg with Tomato Garlic Sauce and Mashed Potatoes by The Silver Chef.
Many thanks to Little Miss Bento for letting us bomb her kitchen for the takeover.

Besides being a singer-songwriter, I always believe in sharing music knowledge with friends and anyone who loves music. Hence, I started my music teaching career 6 years ago, teaching a wide range of music related courses such as, pop vocals, pop keyboard, pop songwriting, pop song arrangements, Mandarin and English lyrics writing and iPad music.
During my teaching journey so far, I have met people from all walks of life, i.e. doctors, lawyers, property agents, students etc..I am glad and happy that as a teacher, I not only teach, but also learn many things from my students in terms of life. That is probably the reason why I am full of positive thinking and looking so cheery everyday.
Youri 宥利, the 3rd generation owner of Simon Road Hokkien Mee stall, is one of those whom I was destined to cross paths with in my music teaching career. I visited his hokkien mee stall, originally located at Simon Road, now relocated at Blk 210 Hougang Street 21, and found out that cooking hokkien mee actually needs much more work and effort than pressing the keys on the keyboard! Nevertheless, the hokkien mee cooked by him was super delicious and definitely worth a try irregardless if you are a hokkien mee fan or not.
