《我們有多不快樂》由林思彤包辦詞曲、製作、編曲及演唱，描寫一段明知彼此已不再快樂，卻因僅存的不捨而反覆拉扯的關係。從爭吵、猜測到逐漸失去信任，兩個人如同陌生人般困在愛的圍城，一再重蹈覆轍，卻始終沒有勇氣承認感情早已失去平衡。循環的鋼琴動機與層層推進的弦樂，將窒息、心疼與難以放手的矛盾逐步放大。

How Unhappy We Are was written, composed, arranged, produced and performed by Lin Si Tong. The song portrays a relationship in which both people know they are no longer happy, yet remain trapped by the last traces of attachment. Arguments, suspicion and repeated distrust turn intimacy into suffocation, leaving two people living like strangers within the same relationship. A recurring piano motif and steadily intensifying strings amplify the emotional imbalance, capturing the painful cycle of wanting to leave but being unable to let go.
