ABOUT LIN SI TONG (林思彤)
Lin Si Tong is a Singapore based singer-songwriter, and has released her debut mandarin original compositions album《彤类TONG'S MUSIC》in Singapore and Malaysia regions at the end of 2012. Si Tong was delighted and honored to be able to work with music veterans like Lee Si Song(李偲菘), Jim Lim(林倛玉) and Jay Lim. Jim Lim and Jay Lim had also made special appearance in the Singapore album press conference to support and encourage this local young talent, and renown award-winning musician, Lee Wei Song(李偉菘), gave a surprise appearance in one of the Malaysia album promotion.
In November 2012, the album topped the Singapore HMV Top Asian chart, and was one of the best-sellers. Local media, The Straits Times Life!, had also reported and picked Si Tong as one of the 5 brightest new talents. 《向日葵 SUNFLOWER》, one of the tracks in her debut album, was also widely used and played over one of China's highest viewers rate reality show 《非常完美 Perfect Dating》 since 2013. Currently a songwriter under Warner Chappell/Music Taiwan Ltd, Si Tong has written a handful of songs for Singapore's drama series. Her recent works include: 《小小故事》, the theme song of popular hit drama series《小小傳奇 Gonna Make It》, and 《黑翼心靈》, the theme song of mini blockbuster drama《逆潮 Against The Tide》. Both 《小小故事》 and 《黑翼心靈》 were composed, authored and sung by Si Tong, and supported by the Media Authority of Development SIngapore (MDA). These 2 works of hers had attracted many audiences and listeners’ attention, and also made a big “woo-ha” in the local scene even before the airing of the drama, where Si Tong was invited to appear in various television programs, radio channels and even TV road shows. 《小小故事》 was also up on the local’s international radio chart of Y.E.S.93.3FM 醉心龍虎榜 for 6 weeks. Whereas《黑翼心靈》has been of high ranking on Singapore’s KKBOX charts, together with songs from international artistes like Gem Tang (鄧紫棋) , since the day the song was released, and it has been nominated in Singapore's biggest annual television awards 《紅星大獎 Star Awards 2015》, under the "Best Theme Song" category. 《完美治療者 PERFECT HEALER》EP Introduction：
It has been 3 years since her last release of a physical CD album. Local singer-songwriter, Lin Si Tong, has finally responded to the overwhelming requests by the listeners and audiences with her latest release of her EP album, 《完美治療者 PERFECT HEALER》, which is distributed by Warner Music to all Singapore and Malaysia’s major CD stores. This EP consists of 5 songs, which Si Tong has written and sung for local drama series.

Likewise her first album,《完美治療者 PERFECT HEALER》topped the Singapore HMV Top Asian chart for weeks after its release, and was one of the best-sellers. In July 2015, local media, HerWorld Singapore, reported and picked Si Tong as one of the 55 inspiring female millennials of Singapore, who excelled in their respective industries.
From her first album《彤類 TONG'S MUSIC》 in 2012, to her single《小小故事 LITTLE STORY》 in 2013, followed by 《我們不都是這樣 WE ARE ALL THE SAME》 and 《黑翼心靈 BLACK WINGED SOUL》in 2014, Si Tong has won the hearts of many with her series of warm and healing songs. The main hit for this EP, also titled 《完美治療者 PERFECT HEALER》, is specially written for the latest Channel 8 drama serial 《初一的心願 Life is Beautiful》, which is a collaboration project with the National Kidney Foundation Singapore (NKF). Besides the theme song, Si Tong has also provided the 2 sub-theme songs of the drama: 《我們不都是這樣 WE ARE ALL THE SAME》and《初一的心願 LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL》. She was appointed as Pierre Png(方展發) and Dasmond Koh(許振榮)’s music instructor to guide their music scenes during the drama shoot, as well as producing their versions of her songs for the drama in the recording studio.
